Network Support Services/Basic Maintenance

(District wide services - Network management services (M-F 7AM-6PM) Repair & upkeep of eligible hardware; Wire, wireless and cable maintenance; Configuration changes; Basic technical support; Software upgrades and patches. approximately 2900 ports and 110 wireless internet access points. Vendor must be within 120 mile radius of district site.)

Currently all of Paris ISD switches and access points are HP Products.  Our network consist of eight (8) campuses with approximately 2900 ports and 135 including approximately 120 Aruba access points and 15 managed by  a HP wireless controller.

Quick Tip Information

Quick Tip is a support system that allows students to communicate with school administrators. While the district already has many programs to help students deal with challenges such as bullying behaviors, stress, peer pressure, and family problems, Quick Tip helps break the code of silence often experienced by students because it allows them to report concerns to administrators anonymously.
